If you are a designer, you can design a regular banner with Photoshop and ImageReady.But if you don’t, you should use a software example Mixfx that download in http://www.mixfx.com/.
After you install it, you’ll starto make a banner. You type your title’s blog or something in…., select a font, text color, effect for text, background effect….You can rotenate text and effect as you like.Then you save as *.swf, *.gif file. If you are trial, you just capture it.
You also make your logo at www.logo.com. Then you should upload your logo and your banner to a service share file as http://my.imageshack.us/. you have two links to images.
To change title’s blog to your banner,you insert this code to your HTML (Settings>Templetes>Edits HTML) :

Note: you change value of table width and change "Beta Blogger for Dummies" by your title's blog or some words
